Location: New York,NY, USA
This position answers multiple phone lines, transfers calls, documents messages & delivers messages to traders. Occasional light clerical duties may be required, superior customer service skills. Will also provide some administrative support to the team. Standard hours will be 15 per week however flexibility is required as Turrets are often requested to cover day time Admin roles on occasion. Skills & RequirementsSkills: Turret phone experience is an advantage, although training will be provided. Must be able to demonstrate excellent verbal skills, and outstanding customer service ethic.
