Reports To: Student Academic Success SpecialistJob Type: This is a part-time, non-exempt position.General Description:The academic success center is hiring student tutors! This is NOT the work-study posting; if you are work-study eligible, please find that job posting on the work-study job board.Position Requirements:To be a tutor, you must have a minimum of a 3.25 cumulative GPA and have passed the class(es)/subjects you wish to tutor in with a B+ minimum. We do not hire general tutors. This position is only eligible for 20 hours/week.You must be able to communicate well with students, have available set weekly hours that you can be in the academic success center, and possess the ability to problem solve.
