TITLE: TutorQUALIFICATIONS: Minimum high school diploma. Preference for teaching experience and teacher certificationREPORTS TO: Principal of Schools JOB GOALS: Provide high-dosage tutoring in reading or mathESSENTIAL PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implement appropriate individual and/or small group tutoring in reading or mathematics using approved tutoring program materials

Collect required data for assigned tutoring program to monitor student progress

Work with school-based leaders and curriculum supervisors to ensure the quality of program implementation

Participate in professional learning as needed for effective program implementation

Demonstrate caring, emphatic, relationship building skills to foster student success

Adhere to all TCPS policies and procedures as well as school protocols

Act in a professional and collegial manner in all situations with students and staff

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Part time, contract position
