- Minimum of Bachelor's degree or higher from a regionally accredited college or university.
- Three years' successful classroom
Certification and Licensure Requirements (if applicable):
- Licensed as a teacher in North
Essential Functions/Typical Tasks
- Support and work with principals, teachers, and school improvement teams to gain knowledge of needs and strengths of
- Assist children, aged kindergarten through fifth grade in development of reading and math
- Engage in academic activities with select students in one-on-one or small
- Utilize assessment information before, during, and after instruction to guide instructional
- Assist in analyzing data relative to the impact on activities and student
- Maintain confidentiality of data and
- Support and participate in Professional Learning Communities, as
- Other duties as assigned by the

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to physically perform the basic life operational functions of climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing, and repetitive
- Must be able to perform medium work exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to lift
