This position involves managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, supervising staff, and coordinating events. They will also be responsible for learning most phases of the RV Park store management, including but not limited to; ordering and inventory control, cost control, management of staff, along with general administration, training, and development of staff, assist in scheduling, payroll, and operating expenses. This role requires excellent time management skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to handle cash and maintain confidentiality. Accuracy in sales of merchandise, fuel, and reservations is required. The Administrative Assistant is proactive in resolving customer complaints and maintains a clean and safe work environment to benefit/ensure the safety of both the customers and fellow employees. Scheduled 40 hours per week; flexible shifts required (all days of the week and hours, holidays, and special events). Engaging and supporting the local communities and Enterprise staff through business operations and outreach programs. QualificationsKEY ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle incoming reservations via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Maintain and update the reservation system to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Confirm reservations and provide guests with the necessary information regarding their stay.
- Greeting guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about park amenities, local attractions, events, and services.
- Resolve complaints effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Prepare and send invoices for reservations and services.
- Process payments, manage cash, and billing inquiries accurately.
- Verifies identification and completes all required documentation for Tribal, tax-exemptions, or other.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with budget tracking.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for RV Park supplies and equipment.
- Place orders as needed to ensure all necessary supplies are available.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain organized storage areas.
- Collect all needed payments and deposits for both Marina and RV Park. Make sure all customers are paying on their slips/sites in a timely manner.
- Completes OCEO dailies and SSCS dailies on a daily basis.
- Must be able to properly set up a new item group and run the correct margins, maintain proper inventory levels and responsible for ordering
- Must assist in making sure all money is accounted for. Counting safes and registers as needed. Also placing cash orders and completing cash exchanges.
- Oversee daily operations and staff performance, ensuring compliance with RV Park policies.
- Provide training and support for new team members.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and excellent service.
- Communicates efficiently and timely with management through email, phone and/or voicemail.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events and activities for guests.
- Collaborate with local vendors and service providers to ensure smooth event execution.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure that park events and activities are run through various marketing channels.
- Perform general office duties, including filing, date entry, and correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure data security.
- Prepare reports as required by management.
- Assist in setting up interviews for potential candidates.
- Assists and collaborates with other Resort staff as needed. (Cross train on Marina operations and provide support when needed.)
- Assist with light cleaning and maintenance of common areas to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Report any maintenance issues to management promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and resort policies.
- Conduct regular safety checks and assist in training staff on safety protocols.
- Performs and completes other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must be 21 years of age or older.
- Candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality, business, or related field is an asset.
- Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of verifiable customer service and cash handling experience.
- Candidate must be able to successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Candidate must possess great communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to deal effectively with people in a multifaceted work environment.
- Candidate must be able to follow all safety guidelines and be familiar with and follow all tribal, and applicable Washington State laws pertaining to operations.
- Candidate must be able to work flexible shifts (all days of the week) and hours, holidays and special events.
- Must have a valid Washington State Driver's License and meet Tribal insurance requirements.
- Experience working in an office setting providing administrative support or event coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as knowledge in reservation management.

COMPENSATIONFull-time/Non-Exempt status. Pay rate is $ 20.00 per hour based on DOQ/DOE.
