- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) / Dimensions Technical Integrations Consultant.
- In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring technical integrations within the UKG Pro WFM platform to meet the unique needs of our clients.
- You will work closely with clients, project managers, and other technical teams to ensure seamless integration between UKG Pro WFM and other systems preferably Workday.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement technical integrations between UKG Pro WFM and various third-party systems, such as HRIS, Payroll, Time and Attendance, and other enterprise applications.
- Configure and customize UKG Pro WFM to optimize integration capabilities and ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Conduct thorough testing of integrations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during testing or post-implementation.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, including integration specifications, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures, to support integration projects and provide guidance to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements, understand business processes, and provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the integration lifecycle.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to workforce management and integration solutions. Continuously evaluate and recommend enhancements to integration processes and tools.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience supporting and/or implementing UKG Dimensions / Pro Workforce Management
- Strong technical skills with experience in software development, API integration, data mapping, and scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python, JavaScript).
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM or similar workforce management platforms.
- Proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting integrations between complex enterprise systems, preferably involving UKG Pro WFM Dimensions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and develop effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve common goals.
