Job Description: Responsibilities:
- Develop critical working relationships with internal business owners and key stakeholders to understand and document enterprise accruals and timekeeping business requirements; participate in the program as ccruals and timekeeping SME representing the identified business stakeholders.
- ct as a functional subject matter expert, partnering with key business users in all aspects of analysis, design, testing, and deployment for system integration with Workday.
- Understand current state processes and identify opportunities for improving systems and processes with the new tool.
- Understand the end-to-end integration design between Workday HCM / US Payroll and UKG Dimensions and any other downstream systems.
- Support configuration of the tool by CEI technology partners.
- Develop test cases to be conducted during system testing and user acceptance testing phases.
- ctive participant in system testing; execute defined test cases and document test results; retest as necessary.
- Participate in Parallel testing efforts and work to identify, and resolve discrepancies.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for key business stakeholders.
- Work with the Training team to develop and roll out end user training materials for the new solution.
- Support communication/change management and deployment / cutover activities for the project.
- Provide Hypercare support.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology or a related field or equivalent combination of related professional experience and education.
- 6+ years of experience with HR technologies, preferably in the HR and/or Shared Services environment.
- Troubleshoot UKG Accruals configurations.
- 3+ years experience with UKG Pro WFM, Workday or other leading HCM solutions.
- Familiarity with some other UKG Pro WFM functional areas: Attestation, Personas, Attendance, Mobile.
- Strong understanding of how to run reports and dataviews in WFC and UKG Pro WFM.
- UKG Workforce Central to UKG Pro WFM Accruals and Time & Attendance implementation experience.
- Self-starter with experience implementing Accruals and Time Entry Methodologies in UKG Pro WFM.
- Transitioning Accruals from Workday to UKG Pro WFM Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to work with team members across divisions.

- Piece and Flag / Activities Module experience.
- Experience implementing Geo Location & Geo Fencing.
