Role: Ultrasound Technologist
Location: Oswego, NY
Contract Duration: 13 weeks contract with a possibility of a continuous extension.
Pay Rate: Up To $75/hr
Work Schedule: 40 hrs/week
Shift: Monday-Friday 1230pm-9pm or even 1pm-9pm
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS - 2-5 years experience

JOB SUMMARY: Technologist will be responsible for performing all types of diagnostic sonographic exams on inpatients, outpatients and emergency room patients. The diagnostic sonographer will need to work closely with the Radiologist who is ultimately responsible for the exam. The candidate should have knowledge of all procedures and be able to produce excellent quality images. The candidate should be able to recognize common issues and be able to communicate with the Radiologist accordingly. The candidate should be familiar with PACS and be able to utilize reporting sheets to assist the Radiologist in reporting.
