Job Summary and Qualifications

*Prepares patients, collects relevant information for completion of procedures.*Performs all Sonographic exams following defined protocols.*Observant of patients' conditions. Notifies physician or supervisor of unusual occurrences.*Compiles appropriate records to expedite results.*Analyzes the quality of images and processes as required.*Understands and operates electronic information systems.Maintains appropriate supplies and a clean, organized working environment.*Participates in continuing education activities

What qualifications you will need:

EXPERIENCE Preferred - 2-3 Years experience as RT or Sonographer Two or more years of experience in a hospital Ultrasound Department. EDUCATION Required - ARDMS eligible. BLS Certification Preferred - ARDMS certification.

Hours: Fri, Sat, Sun 8am-9pm. Takes call after regular hours.
