Description Position at Putnam Hospital Center JOB SUMMARY:Performs ultrasound examinations of diagnostic quality of all types including obstetrical, abdominal, gynecological, cardiac and vascular. Maintains patient records and performs documentation as appropriate. This individual interacts with patients of all ages.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: High School graduate or equivalent; Graduate of an A.M.A. approved course of study in Medical Sonography.
- Licensure/Registration/Certification: Registered with RDMS or registry eligible.
- Work Experience: Past experience as a medical sonographer preferred, but new graduates may be acceptable.
