Candidates MUST reside in Massachusetts
As a Regional Field Representative for UMass Global (UMG), your primary responsibility will be to spearhead targeted outreach to businesses for lead generation and foster strategic partnerships within the Massachusetts region. You will play a crucial role in expanding our recruitment footprint by engaging with large and medium-sized companies, particularly in sectors like Finance, Healthcare, and Manufacturing. Your efforts will focus on building relationships with HR departments and employee resource groups to attract employees interested in advancing their education through our graduate and undergraduate programs.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Targeted Outreach to Businesses for the purpose of lead generation, which includes cultivating leads through large and medium-sized companies in the MA region.
* Meet and exceed all lead generation, revenue, enrollment, and profit goals.
* Identify opportunities to align profitable, executable education solutions with prospective students, corporations, and Military units.
* Identify corporate client B2B opportunities through which the Kaplan UMG enrollment footprint may be expanded.
* Own the development of strategic partnerships and ensure efficiency throughout the entire process.
* Fulfill service agreements for key clients, maximizing business opportunities within those organizations.
* Serve as the face of the client, upholding our reputation and brand.
* Develop and implement qualitative and quantitative metrics for achieving account success and growth.
* Provide market and client feedback to various internal teams to leverage our entire product line and service development.
* Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulations relevant to our products and services.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (University of MA preferred)
* 7 years of demonstrated success providing solution and consultation sales.
* Proficiency with solution sales, being able to identify complex client needs and generate high-impact ways to leverage assets, tailor solutions, and optimize partnerships.
* Highly effective communicator, written and oral, who works well in a cross-functional team environment.
* Highly innovative and proactive, with the ability to meet deadlines.
* A passion for learning and education; an entrepreneurial spirit.
* Tenacious work attitude and ability to work as a team member.
* Demonstrated success working within virtual teams
* Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Google Docs, etc.
* Ability to travel extensively within the designated region
