Job Description: Job Title: National Accounts Vendor Analyst Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) Job Description/ Requirements: The National Accounts Analyst will support various locally sourced parts such as tires, oil, batteries and fluids, specifically related to managing the National Accounts Client Cases supporting dealer and field inquiries. The National Accounts Contract Analyst will ensure Best or Nothing level of operational execution for these vendor supplied accounts This person will support in business development, program management, vendor relations, parts creation and dealership customer service. Responsibilities •Effectively manage and resolve concerns escalated for the National Accounts inquiries from dealerships, the MBUSA field staff through Parts Assistance Center Workbench •Work in tandem with IT and Parts Logistics to seamlessly integrate ordering, invoicing and logistics for all vendor accounts. •Support New Program Development and Implementation, through identification of program and vendor opportunities, evaluation of business opportunities, vendor selection, program set up and communications in cooperation with IPS. •Coordinate and participate in National Accounts vendor alignment calls to ensure programs are executed as outlined within each vendors SOW. •Execute New Parts Line Development and Implementation in the US, including related parts portfolio selection, volume planning, pricing, supersessions, dealer training and communications, marketing and KPI tracking, to generate awareness, interest and sales in competitively priced parts offering. •Gain dealer and market feedback to ensure competitive programs, incentives, service levels and pricing is offered to the dealership and customers. •Align with After Sales Marketing to develop strategies and campaigns to effectively market National Accounts parts portfolio. •Collaborate with Business Intelligence for holistic and detailed business analysis and reporting to help drive current and future program development and support. •Based on the inquiries, asset will need to collaborate with Vendors, Dealers, Internal Stakeholders in Parts Logistics, Accounting, DSC, IT, BI and other departments to ensure dealer inquiries through Client workbench and email are resolved and addressed in a timely manner. •Ad hoc reporting (such as Oil reporting, Tire Reporting, Dealer Escalation reporting etc,.) and tasks related to urgent matters with business impact •Asset may work on the Vendor transition project to support EDI integration, any adhoc tasks related to EDI integration •Primary day to day task will be data entry, dealer customer support, vendor management, collaboration meetings, adhoc reporting to ensure proper alignment on all topics along with Management alignment •Attending vendor meetings will be required. •Misc. Billing and Parts Purchase Incentive target setting and payouts responsibilities on a monthly basis. Qualifications/ Education Bachelor's Degree (accredited school) or equivalent work experience with emphasis in: •Business Administration •Business Management •Finance •Marketing •International Relations/Business Must have years 3+ of experience in the following: •Administration: Comprehensive Knowledge of administrative procedures, process/project development, and system procedures. •Automotive-Retail: Knowledge of retail processes and procedures, with emphasis in dealership operations and automotive wholesale. •Automotive - Technical: Knowledge of automotive technical information systems and repair/diagnostic procedures. •Business - General: Proficient Knowledge of fundamental business practices and concepts that impact the success and profitability of the organization. •Business Management: General Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, human resource management and efficiency and process methods. •Communications Planning: General Knowledge of marketing research sources and data analysis techniques, marketing plan development process, strategic and creative integration techniques, marketing team organization and operational processes. •Finance: General Knowledge and understanding of the implications of key financial indicators and controls and assessing impact of financial information. Scope and Responsibilities: •Asset would be based at 1 Client Drive, Sandy Springs, GA •Asset may work partially virtual •Asset would primarily work in Client Workbench being the main PoC for National Accounts Dealer Inquiries. Required Skills/ Qualifications: •3+ Years' Experience. •Must be able to work flexible hours/work schedule •Work Holidays when required •Need to manage time and tasks properly within 8 hour schedule •Work weekends when required •Self-Starter and able to work with minimal supervision •Ability to lead meetings related to Dealer Inquiries and Supply Status/Invoice Issues •Expert with Excel, Word and able to learn MB systems required to perform job well Data Management: Ability to input data and consume data in order to turn into useful information through databases, spreadsheets, charts, and graphs.
