Uncaser Operator - 2nd Shift

Operate cleaner, filler, and corker with a safety mindset by adhering to all RPG - Pguidelines - Administer and document all CILTs (Clean, Inspect, Lubricate, Tighten) for the Uncaser area on a daily basis - Maintain necessary Quality documentation for the area in a timely manner - Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operation and changeovers to ensure that correct parts are utilized and the machine is operating effectively - Optimize changeovers by following centerlines provided for the equipment and be the changeover champion for the area - Provide troubleshooting and support and be an engaged participant in autonomous maintenance initiatives for equipment - Communicate effectively with other team members on changeovers and with other shift operators about downtime events, line issues, and order status - Be available to come in early to optimize production time through setup of all pieces of equipment and changeover.
