What you'll get...Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription PlansFlexible Spending AccountsShort and Long Term DisabilitySupplemental Life and AD&D401(k) Retirement Savings w/ Company MatchStock Purchase PlanCompany DiscountsLegal InsurancePaid Time Off and HolidaysWhat you'll do:Perform tasks associated with installation and maintenance of underground telecommunications cablingHand dig using shovel and mechanical toolsClimb into and out of equipment (trucks, cars, backhoes, trenchers, etc.)Operate or work around heavy equipment and machineryWork in congested or remote areasMaintain visual and audible contact with other crew members and all moving or stationary persons/vehicles/objects to ensure safe coordination of movementPerform general construction work under direction of Foreman/SupervisorFlagging, property or worksite restorationMaintain safe working habits/conditions according to all regulations, procedures, and policiesWho we are looking for:At least 18 years oldAuthorized to work in the United States for this companyPrior experience within the Telecommunications or Utility Construction/Maintenance industryCurrently have a valid driver's licenseAble to operate various types of utility trucks, equipment, and hand tools in a safe mannerAble to demonstrate the ability to follow directions, produce quality work, and maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all Federal, State, and Company regulations and policiesAbility to communicate effectively with customers and employeesAble to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed with or without assistanceAble to work as needed (overtime, after hours, on weekends, for emergencies or on-call) and in all weather conditionsAnsco & Associates, LLC provides a complete variety of construction and engineering services to the wireless and wireline industry.
