Job Title: Underground Utilities Project Manager

Salary Range: $80,000 - $130,000 Benefits

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Underground Utilities Project Manager to join our team and oversee commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience managing underground utility installations, specifically focusing on water, sewer, and storm drain systems.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the construction crew.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project documentation.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors.
• Monitor project progress and report on timelines and budget adherence.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Foreman in wet underground utilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
