Job Description:
We're thrilled that you are interested in joining us here at the Amynta Group!Financial analysis, underwriting and marketing of Commercial Surety credit business for Fortune 2500 companies and select private businesses.Position requires a rudimentary knowledge level of financial analysis for the underwriting of Fortune 2500 business opportunities along with select private business enterprises. Preference for strong financial skills, to include an understanding of economic conditions and marketplaces along with the ability to research details about various companies, industries, market trends and more. Will also require strong written and oral communication skills as marketing to key agent and broker partners, combined with meeting C-Suite executives, will be necessary for success in securing business opportunities.Job DescriptionESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
  • Manage Underwriting Department, Surety
  • Handles our customers' first report of claims
  • Maintains a continual working knowledge of our client's products, services and promotions.
  • Completes a variety of forms and documents that require limited to no judgment based on guidelines and customer responses, scripted documents and operational procedures.
  • Delivers service utilizing prescribed standards to supply accurate information to callers and resolve their issues.
  • Researches, responds to and resolves customer issues in a timely fashion.
  • Retrieves information from company systems (based on customer inquiry) and communicates information back to the customer in a clear and educated manner.
  • Documents all customer information, communications and sales in CRM system.
BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)
  • 4 year minimum office experience (Required)
  • BA/BS Degree (Required)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Required)

  • Strong attention to detail, is dependable and follows through.
  • Ability to read and interpret information.
  • Ability to work 8am - 5pm PST
  • High level of maturity to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Strong work ethic and excellent time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with people throughout the organization.
