Performance Objectives: First 30 Days: Familiarize yourself with the team and internal systems, develop an understanding of our policies and coverage nuances. First 90 Days: Begin actively managing the KRED/AA underwriting department, master our internal systems, liaise with our Claims team and external partners, and deepen your policy expertise. First 6 Months: Manage and evaluate underwriting risks, approve significant policy decisions, and foster profitable relationships with our brokers, reinsurers, and internal stakeholders.
