Job Summary:Responsible for providing vision, strategy, design, implementation, support, and high-level troubleshooting of the organization's over 2,500 seats, 50 sites, Cisco-based Call Manager, Contact Center, Call Recording, and advanced reporting. Accountable for performing tasks, analysis and diagnosis of highly complex voice, Contact Center and IVR applications.Plans and executes voice and UC upgrades and migration activity. Sets the technical direction for Cisco voice, video and unified communications services.
Job Duties:- Works with Data Network Team to provide configuration, diagnostic, and technical expertise on Network issues with a focus on Contact Center and VoIP technologies.
- Assures documentation and procedures exist for access management, change control process, and other operating characteristics.
- Prepares and reviews project requirements documents and design specifications, including implementation analysis.
- Prepares and reviews of requests for proposals and analysis of vendor proposals.
- Establishes conversion procedures and implements conversions and upgrades at application and operating system level when required.
- Analyzes and corrects connectivity, switching, routing, scripting, and programming problems in UCCE and third-party environments.
- Responsible for providing support for specific applications requiring 24 hours and 7 days per week coverage.
- Monitors UCCE hardware and application utilization; scales architecture as required.
- Responsible to Install and Provisioning and troubleshooting with telephone company.
- Develops special configurations and configuration templates for network equipment, and reviews and approves those developed by junior staff.
- Consults with other IT groups and the ISO to understand functionality, scalability, performance, security and integration requirements, and develops designs and configurations to meet these requirements.
- Works with vendors to obtain latest product information and design guidelines.
- Prepares project requirement documents and design specifications..
- Develops project timelines, overall project plans, and annual and project budgets for new facilities, technology upgrades, capacity expansion, etc.

Position Details:- Experience with CCaaS and CIsco Call Manager highly preferred

Education:High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)- (Required)
