Duration/Type of Job: 12 Months

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-friendly Unified Communications (UC) Technician with a strong background in UC systems and analog telephony. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco IM & Presence (IM&P). Additionally, the candidate should possess a solid understanding of analog telephony, including the use of a buttset and performing punch downs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco IM & Presence (IM&P).
  • Strong understanding of analog telephony, including the use of a buttset and performing punch downs.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications in Cisco Unified Communications.
  • Experience with other UC platforms and technologies.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing technical support role.
