POSITION SUMMARYMaintains F&B uniform and special linens inventory. Issues and receives designated uniforms. Maintains and replenishes stock. Works with the direction of the Uniform and Scheduling Departments to determine needs and assists with employee check ins. Follows and adheres to ASM Global policy.POSITION DUTIESUniform RoomMonitors and maintains Uniform stock and inventory.Coordinates uniform requirements in advance of event.Work with Scheduling Department to verify uniform needs.Report inventory damages and depletions to Uniform SupervisorPrepare inventory stock report monthly as directed by Supervisor.Maintain seniority employee uniform log.Review employee Cheat Sheet for employee arrivals and staffing requirements.Assist dispatch employees with securing personal belongings during events.Launder uniforms during limited turn around periods.Employee check-in and outAssist Scheduling Manager with employee check in and outCheck-in scheduled employees by location according to check-in sheetCheck Union dispatch employees for dispatch slipsDirect employees to location, new employees need to be indoctrinated and taken to location with the direction of the Scheduling Department.Enforce ASM Global rules and RegulationsInform Scheduling Department or managers of employee no shows, absences etc. making adjustments as directed.Follow and adhere to Union Contract languageOn hand during events, to ensure proper uniform staffing and indoctrination.Enforces Uniform policy.After all employees have been issued uniform during check in, walks the locations to enforce uniform policy.Assist Scheduling Department with other related duties as needed.QUALIFICATIONSHighly organized and detail orientedStrong verbal and written communication skillsComputer PC skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee documentsAbility to work independently with minimum supervisionAbility to direct personnelMust be available to work all shifts, including holidays and weekendsSalary Range: $20-$25/hour
