How do you excel in this position This role oversees payroll processes and maintains accurate records for union and non-union employees. Responsibilities include union reporting, payroll updates, addressing employee and union inquiries, and serving as the primary liaison for union representatives. What are we looking for
  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field required. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • One (1) year of experience end to end processing payroll required.
  • Union payroll, collective bargaining experience, and multi-state payroll is preferred.
  • Experience with UKG, Vista and/or Workforce Mgmt. Ready is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and payroll information.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills required.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines and remain organized is required.
  • Strong capacity for acquiring new skills and a genuine desire to learn.
