Banner Ambulatory Provider Group partnering with Employer Solutions is seeking a full-time experienced FNP/PA to join our team in the downtown Phoenix area. This is a great opportunity for a provider who will dedicate care to a specific employee population, and who is prepared to build strong patient relations and improve quality outcomes in a significant way.Opportunity Details:* Primary Care services will be the base set of services provided, which also include identifying health risks and managing chronic conditions* Key component of this role will be partnering with a team of providers such as wellness coaches, registered dieticians, and specialists to provide well-rounded care* Provider will be dedicated to a specific population and their dependents, developing very strong relationships with the patient population* Located in downtown Phoenix area* Clinic hours Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 6:00 pmQualifications:* Minimum of two-years advanced practice provider experience in primary care services, women's health, and wellness* Current unrestricted FNP Arizona license (or ability to obtain)* Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substances (or ability to obtain)* NPs MUST have National NP Certification (AANP or ANCC), BLS, and ACLSBanner Ambulatory Provider Group is a key service line in our community that provides fast and convenient care.
