Job DescriptionMAJOR FUNCTION: Perform all clerical and receptionist duties that are relevant to department. Responsible for the maintenance and confidentiality of patient's medical records. Maintains necessary paper forms and supplies.QUALIFICATIONS:Education & Experience:
- High school education or its equivalent.
- Previous experience as unit clerk/nurse's aide preferred.
- Medical terminology preferred, computer experience.
Certification/Licensure:
- Certified Health Unit Coordinator, preferred.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to complete computer tasks.
