Prints out patient care forms for multi-disciplinary team.Sets up, correlates and enters monthly and bi-monthly blood work for hemodialysis patients.Makes up packets for RO water and machine cultures monthly to include: completion of forms, notification to Lab of pickup and arrival times. Notifies management of results.Responsible for copying Lab work to send to primary physicians, Nephrologist, billing and appropriate agencies.Types and sends out agendas and minutes for various committees or unit documents as needed.Collects data and distributes to appropriate staff for QA purposes.Orders all office supplies, Lab supplies for all units of the Dialysis Department.Performs any other duties as assigned.Qualifications/RequirementsEXPERIENCEMinimum – some previous clerical experience; preferred – prior medical experienceEDUCATIONMinimum – High School Diploma; preferred – 2 yr.
