Essential Functions The Front Office Receptionist/Clerical Support is the first face visitors to our job center sees. We are looking for an outgoing, friendly and professional individual to fill this role. This position serves the public by greeting and directing job center visitors, answering and directing phone calls, providing clerical/general office support to workforce staff and supervisors, managing and distributing mail, faxes and emails. This position provides back up coverage to our job resource center.Please note: This is not the full position description. Further details will be provided during the interview process. - High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary coursework in social services or employment counseling a plus but not mandatory)
Required Skills and Experience:

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment and to prioritize and re-prioritize work assignments.
- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to work independently and harmoniously and collaboratively with a team.
