Role:Support the credit unions vision of being the communitys most loved financial institution, and its mission to make peoples financial dreams come true. Contribute to a world class experience for all members and staff, by building rapport, determining needs, and offering creative solutions to best serve their needs. Demonstrate professionalism and integrity and represent the credit unions core values in all interactions.To perform various functions internally to protect the assets of the credit union and make recommendations for continual process improvement to continually improve the member experience.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:1. Be able to perform the following: Loan escrow functions?Lien perfections?Process Collateral Protection Insurance premiums, claims and refunds?Debt Cancellation program claims?Loan modifications?Real estate loan disbursals?Mortgage Post Closing Functions?Order and evaluate residential appraisals2. Develop an understanding and working knowledge of the credit union history, philosophy, organization, bylaws, policies, procedures and appropriate software systems. Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills: Experience(3) One year to three years of similar or related experience. Education(3) (1) A two-year college degree or (2) Completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or (3) Completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training or apprenticeship program. Interpersonal Skills(4) Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is of a personal or sensitive nature. Motivating, influencing, and/or training others is key at this level. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others.
