This position requires you to be well organized, detail oriented and self-motivated. Providing excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude is a must!
Duties may include:- Identify pest problems and identify solutions to those problems
- Provide timely and effective pest detection, elimination and prevention solutions on a preset daily route
- Complete the application of fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides and fungicides on a preset daily route
- Computing basic math problems
- Establish effective working relationships with a variety of customers, both internal and external
- Use of handheld computerized equipment to manage service calls and documents
- Provide customers with general information about our various services
- Conduct service calls as needed
- Problem solving and/or complaint resolution
- Performs other duties as assigned
Ideal candidates will:- Enjoy working outdoors
- Not have a fear of bugs, snakes, rodents, etc.
- Be able to withstand long periods of squatting, standing and walking
- Be able to carry a 40lb pack on their back
- Be willing and able to crawl through crawl spaces and attics
- Have excellent listening and communication skills
- Be competent with the use of new technology
- Be organized and able to manage their own daily route
Required:- Must be at least 21 years old
- No experience required, training will be provided
Preferred skills and qualifications: Experience Working Outdoors, Customer Service Experience, Excellent Listening and Communication Skills, Relationship Building and People Skills, Problem Solving skills
