As a Universal Worker, you are instrumental in providing superior customer service and care to our residents. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Main Street Manor by ensuring residents' rooms are ready for their arrival, greeting all new residents, escorting residents to their rooms and introducing them to their roommates, assisting residents in packing and unpacking their belongings when they are being admitted or discharged, and providing personal care as outlined in their personal care plan. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.To be eligible for consideration, applicants should have:As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
