University Academic Assistant (Hybrid) Our client, a private, technical design and engineering university in Boston, MA with five schools focused on Engineering, Computing, Design, and Management, is looking for a qualified Academic Assistant to provide support to the programs in the planning and execution of School, program, curriculum, committee, clinic, and service-related work, etc.

Responsibilities : - Assisting with classroom technology, oversight, proctoring, examination preparation , etc.
- Developing and managing school databases including data entry and production of reports
- Organizing and assisting in program events and other duties needed attention
- Recording and preparing typed reports, meeting minutes, memorandums, and correspondence from the school
Requirements and Skills: - A Bachelor's Degree is required
- 2+ years of experience working in an office and/or academic setting as an Administrative Assistant or related
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications; must be tech-savvy
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
