Frazier & Deeter's People & Culture team is looking to hire a University Recruiter for our growing team! Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists with communication and execution of recruiting strategies and marketing efforts for colleges and universities
- Communicates strategy/key messages across the campus team and internal business stakeholders
- Builds relationships with career center personnel, college faculty, and student organizations on campus
- Reviews resumes to assess against entry-level profile; makes next step decisions
- Conducts candidate screening interviews both virtually and in-person
- Manages all onsite interview logistics; establish interview dates, solicits interviewers, prepares interview materials
- Serves as primary point-of-contact for campus candidates throughout the interview process; onboarding, orientation, professional development opportunities, performance management, buddy program, networking with peers and leaders, and other elements
- Serves as primary point-of-contact for campus hires in the onboarding process
- Serves as primary point-of-contact for offboarding interns after their internship is complete
- Plans, coordinates, and facilitates office visits to enhance the FD's brand
- Travels to multiple locations and universities (must be willing to travel up to 60%)
- Sourcing candidates as needed to support the Talent Acquisitions Manager
Requires Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 year(s) of campus recruiting experience
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while managing seven universities or more at various stages of the recruiting/hiring process
- Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Exceptional communication and marketing skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain candidate relationships with several intentional touchpoints throughout the recruiting life cycle
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
