What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage full cycle university recruiting strategy and process, including sourcing, screening, interview process management, and closing candidates

Partner with key lines of business to stay informed of hiring needs

Create and execute recruiting events and initiatives, both virtually and in-person

Build and develop relationships with universities and partner organizations

Support diversity recruiting strategy to cultivate a qualified candidate pipeline

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree required

Previous university recruiting experience hiring for Sales, Marketing, G&A

Previous experience developing and leading a strategy for MBA degree level university hires

Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners

Strong recruiting aptitude and knowledge, with experience in diversity recruiting

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Familiarity with WorkDay, Avature, Excel, HackerRank, and Handshake

Ability to travel during peak campus recruitment seasons
