Bachelor's degree requiredPrevious university recruiting experience hiring for Sales, Marketing, G&APrevious experience developing and leading a strategy for MBA degree level university hiresProven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partnersStrong recruiting aptitude and knowledge, with experience in diversity recruitingHow To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
