This position is responsible for recruiting student populations for Northeastern State University. MAJOR DUTIES - Recruits students through oral presentations, college and career fairs, community events, written and electronic communications, and individual contacts. Plans, organizes, and supervises recruitment events. Maintains relationships with prospective students from first contact through enrollment; serves as university liaison to prospective students, parents, and high school counselors. Gathers and maintains current knowledge of university programs and services. Maintains positive working relationships with high school counselors. Coordinates travel schedule within Oklahoma and surrounding boarder states, including travel to college fairs, high schools, and scholarship awards ceremonies. Assists in the recruitment of community college transfer students. Serves on assigned committees. Performs related duties as assigned.
