Position: Maintenance Technician

Location: Sarasota, FL

Pay: $21- $23/hour (Based on experience and size of property)

Experience: Must have at least 1 year of experience in the Maintenance field; Must have 1 year of experience handling lease paperwork and processing applications;

Education: HVAC EPA Certification is a plus!

Type: Full-time; Temporary*

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Description

• Perform general repairs/maintenance, punches within the apartments
• Prepare units for rental
• Clean grounds and perform tasks assigned to meet property standards
• Must have your own tools
• Must have own reliable transportation
