Position: Wire Assembler

Location: Foothill Ranch, CA

Pay: $21 to $23/hour (depending on experience)

Experience:

• 2 years of soldering experience
• 2 years of experience working in a cable assembly manufacturing environment
• Previous experience with crimping contacts onto electronic wires and cables

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

HB Staffing is seeking a Wire Assembler to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Read customer drawings
• Measure, cut and prepare wire/cable
• Strip wires
• Crimp or solder contacts to wires
• Label and finalize assembly
• Other Electro-Mechanical Assembly functions

Position Requirements:

• Able to properly solder wires and components
• Must have general knowledge of IPC-620A standards
• Read schematics and understand proper manufacturing techniques
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Must be self-motivated and reliable
• Strong attention to detail is a must
