Position: Recruiter

Location: Mobile, AL

Pay: $45,000 to $55,000/year plus uncapped commission!

Experience: Related key holder(retail) and/or property management experience desired

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Clark Personnel is seeking a Recruiter to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Interview prospective candidates to evaluate potential
• Maintain accurate data and notes in a CRM (or other similar database)
• Conduct a high volume of selling aligned with business plans
• Formally present, pitch and propose products and services as solutions to established problems
• Conduct post-close administrative processes
• Communicate professionally with external parties
• Evaluate the quality of a lead/prospect according to standards
• Inspire confidence in prospects and leads

Position Requirements:

• Must be a self-starter and able to work well independently and alongside a team
• Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence
• Exhibit confidence and maintain a high level of self-accountability
• Display drive and competitiveness
• Must be transparent and possess excellent communication skills
• Able to meet deadlines and prioritize workload efficiently
