This opportunity will manage long-standing client/agency relationships what have been in place for a significant portion of the agency's 60+ year existence.

This Role Involves

• Meeting local contractors regularly who rely on surety bonds to secure projects
• Regular attendances of related professional events such as NASBP, CFMA, AGC, etc
• Front facing people skills to deliver client confidence
• Contract and commercial surety bond knowledge of 5 or more years
• Work in collaboration with service staff and bond assistants

Requires

• 5 years contract and commercial surety underwriting with major account exposure
• Familiarity with office systems such as Excel, Word, and agency related
• Ability to work with officers/principals partners of Western NY contracting firms and other organizations utilizing commercial surety

Generous Salary base up to $200K approximate (predicated on experience)
