We are seeking a physician with at least one year of urgent care experience to work as an Urgent Care Physician at a healthcare company that serves Greater Los Angeles, Ventura, Inland Empire and Orange County!
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of medical conditions and injuries.
- Perform thorough physical examinations and obtain patient histories.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as X-rays and lab work.
- Provide treatment for acute illnesses, injuries, and minor surgical procedures.
- Administer vaccinations and manage preventive care.
- Educate patients and families about health management and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Adhere to all clinical protocols, guidelines, and best practices.
Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Board Certfied in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine
- Active CA medical license
- One year or more of urgent care experience
