OverviewPosition Highlights:* Full-Time/Part-Time: Full Time/40 Hours* Hours: 8am to 8pm M-F, 9am to 4pm Sat/Sun. 2-3 weekday shifts per week and every other weekend. (Differential pay is offered for nights and weekends)* Location: Glen Ellyn* Travel: May require occasional travel to surrounding clinicsBenefits:* Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits that include healthcare navigation assistance and medical coverage at 100% (after deductible) when utilizing a Duly provider.* Employer provided life and disability insurance.* $5,250 Tuition Reimbursement per year.* Immediate 401(k) match.* 40 hours paid volunteer time off.* A culture committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Social Impact.* 12 weeks parental leave at 100% pay and a financial benefit for adoption and surrogacy for non-physician team members.ResponsibilitiesThe Journeys and Adventures that Await:* Greet patients and assist with registration, scheduling, measuring vital signs and collecting health history* Provide support to physicians during examinations, minor office surgeries, dressing changes and other first aid procedures* Certified medical assistants may assist with immunizations or injections* Assist patients with prescription requests, address pharmacy callbacks, provider orders, update charting and filing* Conduct onsite lab testing to include: EKG, pulmonary function, blood glucose and urine pregnancy tests* Maintains clean, warm and inviting examination rooms for patient visits* Provide excellent customer service exemplifying Duly Health and Care CARE values* Some travel to assist other local clinics may be requiredQualificationsThe Experiences You Bring:* High school diploma or GED required* CPR certification or willing to become certified upon hire required* May require phlebotomy certification to be completed within 90 days of hire* Prior experience working as an MA/CMA, Paramedic, EMT or 2 years of prior experience working in a medical office assisting with patient careis preferred* Prior experience using an electronic medical record preferred* College graduates from a health sciences program interested in gaining patient care experience and in pursuing a career in healthcare are welcome to apply
