Job Summary:Agape Senior Services is currently seeking an In-Home Care Professional to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. This is a part-time, hourly position, serving as an individual contributor. The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide compassionate and personalized care to our elderly and disabled clients in the comfort of their own homes.Compensation & Benefits:The hourly rate for this position is $18 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, we offer a flexible schedule, advancement opportunities, and a supportive and collaborative work environment.Responsibilities:- Provide assistance with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming- Prepare and serve meals according to individual dietary preferences and restrictions- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals- Accompany clients to appointments, outings, and social events- Perform light household chores, such as laundry, tidying up, and dishes- Assist with mobility, transfers, and exercises- Maintain detailed and accurate records of care provided- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers- Respect the privacy and dignity of all clientsRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in a similar caregiving role is preferred- Knowledge of and experience with providing care for elderly and disabled individuals- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature- Ability to follow directions and work independently- Effective communication skills- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States- Ability to pass a background check and drug screeningEEOC Statement:Agape Senior Services is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
