Hello! We are looking for an amazing housekeeper to service in a historic building in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood.The Client: The Client is an amazing woman who has a delightful little dog named Freddy. She is great; she is good to her staff (she also has a personal secretary named David who works at the home full time). She pays well and timely (check or Zelle).The housekeeper will perform the following duties during each clean: 1. Do the dishes (there are two dishwashers. Dish volume may vary depending on if there are guests the night before).2. Dust and polish all cabinets.3. Clean the stove as needed.4. Clean out spoiled food from the refridgetaor.5. Do 3-4 loads of laundry during the shift.6. Mop all floors.7. Clean toilets.The apartment is 2 levels with most of the cleaning happening on the top level. There will be other duties as assigned.We would really appreciate someone who is able to speak fluent English as this person is responsible for crucial tasks. Transportation is very accessible via the 147 and 151 bus lines. There is street parking but it can be hard to find at certain times.The housekeeper would need to start at 7 and be done by 2-3pm. We are looking to hire immediately. I will perform all interviews and then will choose who to hire with the client. Starting date would be October 1st.
