Looking for a caring, responsible, and experienced sitter to join our family in Lakeland Highlands, Florida. We have a newborn and a toddler, as well as a primary school-aged child. We need a reliable caregiver for occasional/part-time help, with a live-out arrangement. The hourly rate is $16.00, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.The ideal candidate should have experience caring for newborns, toddlers, and primary school-aged children, with a primary focus on safety and nurturing. We need someone who is patient, organized, and able to keep up with the energetic nature of our children.Responsibilities will include engaging the children in developmentally appropriate activities, maintaining their routines, and ensuring their safety at all times.
