ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED CAREGIVER WHO WANTS TO HELP MULTIPLE CLIENTS?Independence Home Health has an immediate need for a Transitional aide who has a heart to help people in need. The successful individual should be able to step into a leadership role, have reliable transportation, good communication skills and enjoy windshield time. The person serving in this role could see as many as three to five clients within a 5-county area on any given day. The person may also help establish care for multiple days at a new or existing client's home.WORK HOURS for this position need to be flexible. You may start at 9:30 a.m., 10:30 or 11:30 ... for six to eight hours a day. Sometimes you may be called for a shift on the weekends. EXPERIENCE: 1 to 3 yearsThe successful candidate could expect to assist clients with the following:Job duties:
- Light house cleaning

Qualifications
- Free certification for Home Health Aide and Personal Care Attendant
- Successful completion of the formal Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (Not necessary for Home Health Aide or Personal Care Attendant
- Ability to follow a written Plan of Care.
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
