Job Title: Business Controller_SeniorLocation: Dublin, VAPay: $49 - $52/hr on W2Job Description:(position typically requires 12+ years of relevant experience) Recognized as an expert in their disciplineBusiness Controller is a true business partner to management of all parts of the organization.Their role is to: partner and coach business teams in order to deliver superior financial performance; drive and support financial business performance, risk management and value creation; define financial steering principles to support the Group business models; develop, implement, and manage policies and guidelines in relation to forecasting, financial ratios, performance indicators, cost calculations, working capital management and investments; analyze and follow up of financial and operational performance to support management teams and propose and drive corrective actions; participate in financial review meetings with different stakeholders as needed. provide management and business with various ad-hoc financial and operational analyses to support strategic and tactical decision making; provide management and board with financial performance reports and analyses including recommendations and early warnings.Employee generates and promotes new theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies within a specialty area.The employee's work is normally accepted without change.Is recognized both within and outside the organization as thought leader in area of expertise. (position typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience)Responsibilities typically include Recommending operational strategies and plans with direct impact on results.
