Objective of the Role The Business Development Manager will serve as the sole US representative for the brand, tasked with spearheading the expansion of the company's client base across the United States. The primary goal of this role is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging robust relationships with both independent jewelry stores and larger retail chains.

Responsibilities - Develop and execute a growth strategy that prioritizes financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer needs through dedicated research.
- Establish new points of sale and arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company's products and services by addressing or anticipating client objectives.
- Prepare and ensure the adherence to sales contracts, following legal and company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other pertinent documentation.
- Provide reliable feedback and support after sales to build trust and client loyalty.
- Foster long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Mentor and develop entry-level staff into skilled sales professionals.
Requirements - A minimum of five years of experience in the jewelry industry, specifically in business development or sales roles.
- Demonstrated track record of successful sales achievements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, such as Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of the market dynamics within the jewelry sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Effective time management and planning capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in customer support is considered a plus.
