Our client, Automotive Industry is seeking a Executive Assistant to join their team. As a Executive Assistant, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting. The ideal candidate will have Executive assistant, scheduling which will align successfullyin the organization.

Pay Range: $35 - $40/hr
Description:(position typically requires 2 to 5 years relevant experience)Executive Assistant's work is focused on supporting an individual executive or small number of executives in their day-to-day office activities including:Obtaining and organizing information for use in conferences, speeches, and reports as requested by the executive ; Editing, proofing, formatting, document design/production, form filling, and data entry ; Scheduling/coordinating meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements.Receiving/relaying messages from internal and external sources, managing the time/interaction executives have with internal and external sources.May require have greater knowledge of the organization (i.e., financial processes, authorization processes, etc.).May have ownership of the executive's agenda/schedule (oversees access to executives).Typically, in contact with internal and external executives.May do some research and basic authoring/drafting of documents/correspondence.Executive Assistant on Professional level is supporting an executive on N-3 and applies practical knowledge typically obtained through education and work experience (position typically requires 2 to 5 years relevant experience).May require the following proficiency: Works independently with general supervision.Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex.May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
