**US Inventory Management Lead**

**What you will do**

Based in our Austin office, our Inventory Management Lead - US will oversee all aspects of inventory management related to our US brands. This person will also manage our Inventory Management team and coordinate all activities with our global Inventory Management organization.

* Build, lead and develop a high performing Inventory Management team in the US

* Manage inventory budgets and balances for all goods across the US, balancing service level with working capital optimization

* Implement and monitor processes to ensure compliance with all applicable laws

* Set up a scalable and cost-efficient warehousing and fulfillment network for the US market

* Define KPIs, monitor performance and improve results across all aspects of our Inventory Management operations in the US

* Drive implementation of standards and processes to continuously improve efficiency and scalability, coordinating efforts with our Operations and Commercial teams

* Monitor US logistics, warehousing and broader supply chain trends, report to our global management and adapt our strategies accordingly

**Qualifications**

* Bachelors degree required (Masters degree preferred) from a top university, ideally in a Supply Chain related field (or Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or Operations)

* Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced operations-focused work environment, preferably in logistics, supply chain management, warehousing or consulting

* Minimum 2 years of experience as a people manager

* Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, ideally in international and cross-functional settings

* Excellent management and people leadership skills

* E-commerce experience preferred, but not required
