Our client in the life science industry is seeking a Quality Assurance Expert 1 to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Expert 1, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting production lab compliance and the maintenance, development, and improvement of Quality Systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent process improvement skills, attention to detail, and experience in the chemical, specialty chemical, and/or pharmaceutical industry.Job Title: Quality Assurance Expert 1Location: Miamisburg, OHPay Range: $22-27 per hourWhat's the Job?
- Perform batch record issuance, review, correction, release, and retention for GMP production
- Ensure that all aspects of GMP product release meet analytical, production, packaging, and labeling specifications in accordance with established quality systems
- Support the sites maintenance, development and improvement of Quality Systems, such as training, CAPA, deviation, change control, and documentation control
- Support the sites compliance activities through regulatory recordkeeping and reporting
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and actively participate in the development, implementation, and improvement of Quality Systems
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or other Life Science required with 2 or more years GMP related experience in the chemical, specialty chemical and/or pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent process improvement skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
