US - Sr Network Technician

Support the day-to-day salesforce needs of the business globally to ensure operational flow. - Manage user support requests & escalations and respond in a timely manner. - Provide guidance to users on how to utilize the system to meet their needs. - Manage multiple simultaneous enhancement projects and project-related tasks on time within an Agile development process. - Work with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements, demo changes, and answer quest. Required Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED - 2 years experience in customer service or technical help desk - 1 years experience with resolving complex technical issues through research, log analysis, issue reproduction, or advanced troubleshooting Preferred Qualifications - Associate degree in computer science, IT, electronics, or equivalent experience with supporting software-based products or Access Control systems. - Technical certifications such as A / Net / MSSQL/ MCP/ MCSE/ MCDBA - Understanding of basic AC...Technician, Network, Technical Support, Salesforce, Customer Service, Electronics, Technology, Staffing
