Job Title: US Treasury Sales and StrategyBusiness Unit: RJO SecuritiesLocation: New York / ChicagoHours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 5:30 pm ESTReports To: Managing Director, Head of Global Treasury Sales & TradingPosition Summary: Seeking experienced Interest Rates salespeople and/or Strategists with existing lists of client relationships and a focus on cash U.S. Treasuries to join our growing team. Candidates coming from trading roles looking to transition to sales will also be considered. In addition to cash U.S. Treasuries there is also the potential to trade futures, options, Interest Rate Swaps and other products as the broader business grows.. .Duties & Responsibilities:Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide an educated and innovative perspective on the markets.
- Provide fast and accurate trade execution and convey product knowledge.
- Responsible for understanding the UST cash markets and associated products.
- Communicating with clients in a high stress, fast-paced environment
- Working with the broader team to build the UST business at RJO..
Qualifications:
- Series 7 and Series 63 licenses are required.
- Series 3 license preferred.
- A customer book of business looking to transfer to RJO.
