- The Warehouse Worker is responsible for picking and packing products that are scheduled to be shipped out.
- You will work to verify orders as they come in and out of the facility. Load and Unload trucks and process them to the correct area for storage.
In this Function You Will,
- Pick, pack, and ship product.
- Verify product, product numbers, and quantity for order accuracy.
- Load and unload Trucks / Containers. Receive and process stock and materials.
- Stock the warehouse and rotate/replenish inventory.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Identify any missing, lost, or damaged materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime
- Ability to lift/carry up to 35lbs
- Ability to move material as needed (push/pull 35lbs)
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to work in a variety of capacities/functions
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Must live within 35 miles of Woodridge, IL
Preferred Skills:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Handheld / RF Scanner experience
- Forklift, Material Handling Equipment, or Powered Industrial Truck experience
- Related experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to understand English due to lack of Spanish speaking materials and trainers. This has been a safety concern in the past.
- Minimum age of 18 years old
- Experience operating PIT or feeling comfortable with learning to operate a PIT.
